Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Navy/Royal

All fees are non-refundable. In the event of a session ending injury or a family move out of the area, a pro-rated refund for diving fees only will be made. Make-up practices for missed practice are at the sole discretion of the head coach and will only be granted in extreme situations. No credits are given for vacations, other sports, school activities, etc.

Silver/Teal

There are no refunds given with the exception of season ending injuries. Make-up practices for missed practice are at the sole discretion of the head coach and will only be granted in extreme situations. No credits are given for vacations, other sports, school activities, etc.

Master

No Refunds or credits will be made for missed practices.

New Membership Registration

No refunds or credits will be given with the exception of season ending injuries or if the diver moved outside of the Cincinnati area. Any credits will be at the sole discretion of the head coach.
