Navy

14 & older divers, 9th grade and up, who have a full USA Diving list on 1m, 3m and Platform, have competed at one of the following meets on 1 meter, 3 meter and/or platform and have a complete 2.2 DD minimum optional list average: AAU Nationals, USA Diving Zones, USA Diving Junior Nationals. Navy level divers are our national group. These divers train year-round and are expected to attend all USA Diving and AAU meets, compete on 1m, 3m and Platform and keep a 2.2 DD minimum optional list on both boards. These divers are on track to dive in college. Navy must attend 3 or more days per week. They must be willing to work towards a higher DD list, attend 90% of their mandatory practices per month and maintain progress in order to stay on the Navy team for future sessions.

Royal

13 & under divers, 8th grade and under, who meet the Navy requirements and 14 & older divers, 9th grade and up, who have a complete AAU diving list with a 2.0 DD average on 1m, have all vols and some optionals on 3m and are working towards a 3m and Platform list.

Royal level divers are our 13 & under national team and our 14 & older pre-national group. They are expected to attend all ODL Diving and AAU meets, compete both 1m and 3m, and attend those USA Diving meets they are requested to attend. These divers are training to compete year-round and are considering the possibility of diving in college. They are working on moving up to the Navy group. Royal must attend 2 or more days per week. They must be willing to learn a complete AAU 3m list, attend 80% of their mandatory practices per month, work towards a 2.2 DD minimum optional list and maintain progress in order to stay on the Royal team for future sessions.
