Winter Practice Times

Monday: NKU 5-8pm (all groups - times vary)

Tuesday: WTRP 4:00-6:00pm (Navy/Royal)

Altered Gym 6:30-7:30pm (Navy/Royal)

WTRP 5:30-7pm (Silver/Teal/Masters)

Thursday: WTRP 4:00-6:00pm (Navy/Royal)

Altered Gym 6:30-7:30pm (Navy/Royal)

Saturday: NKU 8am-12pm (all groups - times vary)

Sunday: Skyzone 9-10am (all groups)

PGS 10:30-11:30am (Navy/Royal)

NKU 5-7pm (all groups)

OhK will also practice on select Sundays and Thursdays each month at Miami University. Sunday practices are open to the entire team; there will be NO other practices on Miami Sundays (NKU, SkyZone, PGS are cancelled.) Thursday Miami practices are open to Navy and Royal only and all Dayton area practices are cancelled.

Practice time are subject to change through the holidays due to facility hours.
